Delivery Charges
 
Harp & Lyre® delivers across the UK and around the world. We use Royal Mail for nearly all UK deliveries. We use Royal Mail / Airmail for nearly all international deliveries. We may also use UPS or DHL for certain UK and international deliveries.

UK Standard Delivery


Deliveries made Monday to Friday. Standard delivery for in stock items within 3 to 5 working days.

  • Items including hampers and gifts boxes up to 250g: £2.50 per delivery address.
Next day Delivery

Deliveries required by midday Tuesday to Friday, subject to availability, 48 hours notice required
  • All products including hampers and gift boxes up to 500g: £6 per delivery address
  • Saturday Delivery is available on request at an extra cost of £2.50 per item.

For Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands (including Channel Islands) an additional delivery charge will apply.

Gift Box

We are pleased to offer a gift wrapping service. Items packed and delivered at an extra cost to our delivery service.

Customs


For items to be exported, the carriage charge covers packaging and delivery only. Customs duties may be payable. We are unable to advise of these amounts and the recipient is responsible for paying this duty. Customs may also inspect goods prior to delivery. This may cause delay to the delivery of items.

Christmas Delivery

We will despatch items and gift boxes for Christmas between 10th December and 22nd December to ensure their peak condition. Gift boxes are available prior to these dates. Harp & Lyre® offers delivery to several recipients from a single order. The above delivery charges apply.  

For Northern Ireland and the Highlands and Islands, an additional delivery charge will apply.

All of the above delivery options are dependent on availability and will be confirmed at the point of order. We are unable to guarantee delivery times. We cannot accept responsibility for non-delivery resulting from incorrect addresses being provided. Gifts and other items may be delivered separately. Standard orders can be cancelled up to three working days prior to your earliest delivery date, when a full refund can be credited. Orders already despatched for same day or next day service cannot be cancelled.

Refunds, Returns and Breakages

It is the policy of Harp & Lyre® to ensure that all goods are supplied to our customers in perfect condition and that every possible precaution is taken to protect the integrity of the product sold. To this end, we are unable to exchange food or beverages, or items that may have come into contact with the person. This policy does not affect your statutory rights. Refunds will only be given for faulty or damaged goods. Please return the item(s) with proof of purchase. (Refunds will only be credited with the same payment method as the original purchase). Product Information

In the event that any item is unavailable, Harp & Lyre® reserves the right to substitute it with an item of equal or greater value than the original, or issue a refund for the product. The hampers and gift boxes photographed contain only the items listed. Some items may vary according to availability and props used in the photography are not included in the hampers unless otherwise stated in the hamper listing.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are aged 18 or over.

Prices quoted are based on January 2011 Harp & Lyre® retail values and are subject to market fluctuations. All items shown are subject to availability.

How to Pay


Harp & Lyre® accepts payment by:

  • Major credit and debit cards
  • Harp & Lyre® Credit Account for Trade
  • Cheque, made payable to Harp and Lyre Limited (for trade orders with credit account holders only)

For credit card payment, please enclose confirmation of the cardholder's name and billing address, if different from the sender's details.

Payment will be taken at the time of ordering and no deliveries are despatched unless payment is received in full.

We use HSBC Secure ePayments services for our secure credit and debit card payments and online processing.

Customer Data

Harp & Lyre® does not disclose any information relating to their customers to any other organisation for marketing purposes.
