The above cost is shown EXCLUDING delivery or shipping costs, which will be added after entering your delivery details.

UK deliveries are charged at £2.50 to £4 for Standard 3 to 5 day delivery or £6 to £7 for Next Day delivery service depending on the parcel weight.

For International Orders, the cost of airfreight postage is calculated based on country of delivery and the parcel weight.

1 UK DELIVERIES

We use Royal Mail for nearly all UK deliveries. We may also use UPS or DHL for certain UK deliveries.

For Standard delivery [including free postage deliveries], our process is to prepare your order and despatch on the same or next working day [Monday to Friday], which means that you receive your order within 3 to 5 days.

For Next Day deliveries [UK only], for orders received before 12pm, we will process and despatch your order on the same day and if your order is received after 12pm, it will be despatched on the next working day [Monday to Friday]. This means you will receive your order in 2 working days.

We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure these times are met, but cannot be held responsible for despatched parcels delayed by third parties, for example due to poor weather conditions.

We will replace lost or damaged orders free of charge.

2 INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

2.1 We use Royal Mail / Air Mail for nearly all international deliveries. We may also use UPS or DHL for certain international deliveries.

2.2 This is an air freight service and transit time will be between 1 and 10 days, depending on the destination. A signature will be required on receipt.

2.3 We pass on to our customers the courier cost to us, which is calculated based upon parcel weight and the destination country.

2.4 All UPS and DHL international customers will receive a tracking email to show the progress of their parcel.

2.5 When ordering goods from our site for delivery overseas you may be subject to additional import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you and we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

2.6 Within our there is a Fuel Surcharge. This surcharge is changed by UPS and DHL monthly and can be seen on their website at http://www.ups.com/content/gb/en/shipping/cost/zones/fuel_surcharge.html

We update for the new Fuel Surcharge each month, therefore all international postage charges will change slightly month to month.

Our third party carriers may not be able to deliver to certain countries at particular times for reasons of politics, government, natural disaster or operational crises. In such circumstances your shipment will be returned to our mail centre and held till such a time that they are able to deliver to you.
